iC RiskQ
Not bad, I like all the cards. Toons are awesome and weird(which I like). Your cards can use some OCG fixes though. These cards are pretty much balanced and well thought out. Good job. L: My only concern though, is that, aren't all Toons just a toon version of an actual card? Might be just me though. (not saying I have a problem with any of these cards not being toon versions of other cards, just a thought I had.)
krisanderson
I think your spells and traps are great, but seriously, Toons are a special breed of monster. they are the toon version of monsters that already exist and creating cards that don't go with that theme really kinda erks me. I'm no pro but i love the toons and their theme. if ya gonna make toons make toon dark magician and toon red eyes. But i do like the effects of your monsters. They need a life all of their own. Like how there are many different cartoons and duel monster cards out there why shouldn't their be a new bread of Toon cards? To be honest I've never liked the Toon monsters as a copy of original monsters it showed no real charter in my book. at least with these cards they could have a new style and life per-say of their own. I believe that they shouldn't be limited to what already exist. now for toon dark magician and toon red-eyes... I'd personally call Manga Red-Eyes just to be the opposite of Toon Blue-Eyes, has been made by many people and all it needs is a google search. Pegasus_Maxamillion
Alright Duel Fans! I need your help, I the great Pegasus Maxamillion, needs your help in fine tuning these wonderful cards of mine. Now what I need is for you to help with any OCG or TCG wording this excludes my new Toon Monster's Summoning effect. Their main effect is my concern. In addition I need some skilled artist to come up with some great art concepts for my beloved cards. Of course all rights to the artwork belong to the artist. I'm not so egotistical that I'd clam your art as my own. Oh, heavens no. That'd mean I'd have to do the artwork for others to prove it's mine and that just to much of a hassle. So, please Duel Fans Help me out.

When a Toon Monster is attacked, negate the attack and make your opponent End their turn.

Pegasus_Maxamillion
So many Toons.. I .. I .. I love it XD. The idea is magnificent :P Toon Link would be cool tho. And as for the artwork if I get around to it I may just help you :P. The magnificent ideal of these Toon Monsters is to give them a way to live on the field without Toon World, although that comes with a price of course. They lose their ability to attack directly, but I did ensure that when they are Special Summoned that they are unable to attack. With supporting cards and non conditioning summons these Toon Monsters are in fact a force of True Mayhem.
Pegasus_Maxamillion
I was constipating this thought, though it might be even more egotistical of myself. I wanted to change my Toon Set "Toon Madness Pegasus" to "Toon Master Pegasus" what do you think Duel Fans? Sound pretty wonderful right? Oh I know you'll agree with MY name in it anything is wonderful. Eh, boys and girls?
Eatorl
Effective and brilliant dear Maximillion! May I ask why some of your cards do not have a picture of its own? We can only see a blank space, like the canvas of a masterpiece. Why do some of your cards dont have pictures dude? :(
