Discuss the thousand dollar card that doesn't even say "(even in the graveyard)." It stops Midrash on the field (at the cost of being run over) and not changing positions means they can't reset monsters with BoM I'm bad. However, it needs an effect to be activated on the field first. At least he's not mandatory, but no Damage Step sucks.

So annoyed by how it was released as a YCS promo. Not only is it worth an exorbital amount due to its scarcity, but it's a Number, which gives it even more collector value.

 

I was expecting it to be reprinted alongside C106. It really NEEDS to get reprinted to the masses soon, due to the TCG close to getting The Seventh One. Even that Konami article on The Seventh One referenced using C106, but you can't really do that unless you have 106...

 

As for the monster itself, it used to be amazing in the OCG, if memory serves. I always felt it was sort of lacking, due to the relatively low stats and the fact it only negates while it's alive.

 

Also, you CAN use Book of Moon on a monster targeted by this (barring a ruling I'm unaware of). Card effects can still change positions, you just can't manually change its position.

Steelswarm Roach is a better lockout card than this. Ragnazero is a better lockout card than this.. This is designed to stop linear plays like Tour Guide, but doesn't do anything to self-Tributes. It is an overly narrow card tool in a highly contested spot.
