The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song

Choose 2 monsters on the field (one on your side, and one on your opponent's side), and give one of the following effects to each monster based on their respective ATK.  When this card is removed from the field:  Destroy both targets.

• Higher ATK:  This monster cannot be destroyed by card effects, except by the effect of "The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song".  Negate all other effects of this card, except effects applied by "The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song".  Once per turn:  You can target 1 monster on the field, except a card targeted by "The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song":  Take control of that target.  You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect
• Lower ATK:  Halve this monster's ATK.  This card is not affected by card effects, except by "The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song".  Negate all other effects of this card, except effects applied by "The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song". During either player's turn:  You can banish this card;  Return control of all cards to their respective owner's side of the field.  During the next Phase, return this card to the field (it is still under the effects of "The Deaf Boy and the Demon of Song".)
