Rank 4s with generic materials are also arguably the easiest Xyz to make in the game of YuGiOh. So you just made a spam-able card that can bring out an extremely crippling limited card from anywhere simply by getting destroyed? Plus this thing as such low attack you could just crash to bring out Rai-Oh if you already have a way over any threats to it. I am really not a fan of anything that lets you specifically recycle Limited cards, so unfortunately you will get no praise from me. That rant aside, the first effect is literally just Rai-Oh's first effect except that it requires a detach and only affects you opponent. While that is not at all bad for a generic rank 4 Xyz, its pretty unoriginal and i would have liked to see something else besides Rai-Oh with a slightly different effect. I'm not sure if many people would use this over other Rank 4s out there, except perhaps to extend a lead/ stop the opponent like Dweller does. It also seems a bit weird, if you're making it his 'big brother' to have a worse effect (no 2nd effect), harder summoning requirements and the same ATK but different DEF? Maybe add any amount onto Rai-Oh's original ATK/DEF. And as for the second effect... Rai-Oh is at 1 for a reason as luckysword said, and an xyz just for the purposes of floating is a bit weird. It can stop things like Duality and other searchers, and it gives you a monster when it's destroyed. It's not game breaking or anything. -Dom- Posted May 4, 2014 Report Share Posted May 4, 2014 the "lore" Is simply the card's effect posted underneath the image ( you can just copy and paste it if you made the card on this site's card maker), and is used so your OCG, or wording of the card, can easily be changed by other members to what they think is more in line with Official Card Grammar, as luckysword said; the lore may also just be easier to read if the card has a long effect and/or small writing.
