I still don't know why it is die, I see other cards is die too, but I don't know why it is not dice.

 

Personally, I think it is not too overpower because first I will need to roll the dice for the limitation for each turn, so it is matter of luck. And then I need to discard 3 cards to trigger the effect, so usually it takes a lot of risk to trigger the effect because 3 is basically half of one's hand. Lastly it will destroy every single monsters that is higher than this card's ATK, so it will include my own. Even though, in a real game, someone will not trigger when they have a higher ATK monster, so therefore, it won't be used often.
