Philemon
Cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard: add one card from your Deck to your Hand.
Basically Sanwitch but as an Effect monster. I wasn't sure if I should keep him Level 6 or bump him to Level 7 (to balance his effect with all the new Tribute Summoning support coming out). The name Peaceful Wanderer is meant to reference how he's a searcher, and not a fighter. Thoughts?
TFMegamanlan
He's kinda meh... I think the search is still too open but that may just be me...

newhat
A card that can search anything has unlimited potential. Does it grant consistency? No, because you have to Tribute Summon it and then kill it or Synchro/Fusion/Ritual Summon with it. Does it combo absurdly well with something? I have no idea because it can search anything. Is it good design? No, because it does not need player interaction to go from field to Graveyard. Is it overpowered? I don't know. I don't think anyone could know. Any way you could "fix" this card would fundamentally change it.

Hyuuga Mayuki
Although the search option might be a little overpowered, it needing tributes to be summoned counterweigh its advantages greatly. So not good as a staple, but might be OP in specific decks.
krisanderson
Do destroyed by battle, that may make it a lil harder to search.
TFMegamanlan
So too good or too plain of an effect? Too unrestricted and for pretty much free. That's the problem I see. Even being a LV5, it's not that hard to pull out and then just search for anything you want by ramming this into something and Lancing or just setting this or Summon then Dark Hole/Torrential... That's what I see is wrong.

That's what I see is wrong. I can understand that, but to do that requires a pretty decent investment. A monster to tribute, and a way to get him to the graveyard ASAP. Bottomless Trap Hole, Evacuation Device, and other removal cards can make this a sunk investment once you try and finish the combo.
