-Dom-
I'm not exactly sure how much the second effect should do, so the lore is slightly different to what is on the image (just an added effect) : Negate the activation of your opponent's card effect that targets a monster on their side of the field or in their Graveyard, and banish that card, and all cards with the same name as the negated card from your opponent's hand or deck. Then, you can reduce the ATK of 1 monster on the field to 0. Any OCG fixes or CnC would be greatly appreciated, probably give Reps for them so...please comment? Therrion
I don't think it should hit the copies of the card in the Deck as that's just a tad too much for too little. As for the ATK reduction, it's fine I guess, doesn't change too much, though I may be wrong. The card would be good vs. Bujins and Satella Knights when they become a thing. Yeah, to be honest, the ATK reduction was only really for flavour, the 'blinding' part of the trap, plus I thought the card is quite specific so could just have a small extra effect as a bonus if the first works. Thanks for the comment.
