Lonk
Penguin Panchito Level 4 WATER Winged-Beast/Effect ATK 1300/DEF 1100 When a "Penguin" monster is Special Summoned onto your side of the field (including this card): Special Summon 1 "Penguin" monster from your Deck. This effect of "Penguin Panchito" can only be used once per turn and you cannot Special Summon any other monsters this turn except for WATER monsters. Each time a "Penguin" monster, except for "Penguin Panchito", is Special Summoned: target 1 card your opponent controls; return it to the hand. There, I made Penguin.Dek playable. newhat
Why is it a Winged Beast? I thought Penguins were Aqua. Seems good with Tinplate Goldfish since you can make Abyss Dweller and leave this on the field for later. The Mandatory Special Summon also makes it work with Goblindbergh. Well, Guard Penguin is a Penguin monster that's a Winged-Beast. Besides, WATER Winged-Beasts in general are quite lacking since that Blizzard monster exists with practically no targets to use its effect with. The other Penguins aren't.
