seems fairly basic. I don't imagine it seeing much use, as it implies you are either running TGU, in which case you shouldn't be playing very many normals, or you are running Level 3 normals in which case the deck probably isn't that good.

You can Xyz Summon it in Defense Position. I don't see the point of it changing Battle Position. Normal is not a Type, just a class of monsters. "Normal Monster".

 

This card requires your opponent to kill other monsters you control during their turn, and not kill this monster. 2200 DEF is not that much. This needs some kind of self-protection or redirection like Command Knight to survive. It doesn't grant any advantage; it just keeps your field full. If you're just stalling with Backup Soldier that could be fine.

As stated above, the card is rather mediocre. Extending the reach to Summoning from the Graveyard may help, but even then the card isn't probably worth going into.
