It's flavorful (the rain increases into an ocean over time), but its effect might as well not exist. By the time this grants you a meaningful number of Life Points, your opponent should be dead unless you're playing against a terrible Burn Deck that stalls for 10 or 15 turns to kill you, without touching your monsters.

Might as well make it a vanilla with an effect that inconsequential.

I have a buff in mind, increase the Life Point Gain to something like 200 or 300, and grant immunity from card effects during the turn you gain Life Points. Sound good?

I don't see how this is a relevant comment to make. Furthermore, your post violates the Advanced Clause.

Simulates Chaac's 3 rather well. He is simple, and by no means a great card competitively, but he is very appealing to the eye and a decent casual option. Good job with him. I agree, he could use something else, like perhaps gaining that much ATK until the End Phase, but it's your card.
