Must be Xyz Summoned by using any "Number C39: Utopia Ray" Monster and any "Number S39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Materials (Xyz Materials attached to those monsters are shuffled into the Deck), and cannot be Special Summoned any other way. When this card is Xyz-Summoned, shuffle all other Monsters not in the Deck back into their owners Deck. This card ATK and DEF are equal to the combined Ranks of its Xyz-Materials x1000. Japanese name: Shining Chaos Number 39: God of Imagination: ARCADIA. Basically an Xyz-mishmash of C39 and S39. Resets all the Monster into the deck, and can reach 8000 ATK at a minimum.
