When this card is Xyz Summoned: Remove all Fog Counters from the field; add Fog Counters equal to the amount removed to this card. You can remove 4 Fog Counters from this card to add 2 Fog Counters to all "Cloudian" monsters you control.Thought that Cloudians could use an Xyz.
