Advantages:

 

1. Responsive, works during either player's turn.
2. Triggers Artifacts.
3. Various non-targeting forms of removal.

Cons:

 

1. A synchro monster (who uses those)
2. Cannot be Summoned by Masked Chameleon
3. Each removal effect is a one for one - except the first effect, which is a -1.
