That should be better OCG, though still not 100% on the last sentence. The card seems pretty decent overall and basically turns a Normal Summon of a Warrior into a Rank 4. There could be some other gimmicks with it but they will be no more than gimmicks. Could lead to possible OTKs like Birdman does in Geargia but I wouldn't be too worried about that.
