If you have enough cards in your hand to make its effect worthwhile, you can probably do better things with it anyway. All that for a Summoning Condition which is really awkward and not worth putting the effort into achieving. Change the condition just to banishing an equal amount of DARK and LIGHT but get rid of the "having an equal amount of both" thing. If you really want to mirror retrained BLS and still make a good card, you're gonna have to change that last effect to something a lot less winmoar, like sending your opponent's cards to the Graveyard equal to the amount you banished from the Grave or something? Might seem OP at first, but you're only ever really gonna be banishing 1 of each Attribute for this anyway, 2 very rarely and any more than that is basically impossible and not even worth trying.
