Very cool. Very cool indeed. You get to Special Summon a level 3 monster from your Deck but not Xyz? That's something you don't see everyday. I like the non-targeting return-to-hand effect on Special Summon especially. A lot of monsters can protect themselves from destruction and targeting, so this really helps overcome that issue. Plus, as a Level 3 WATER monster, Beautunaful Princess can summon it. Very interesting, I must say. Actually, if you were to make this a Tuner, that would really make it versatile. Then it would encourage some measly level 4 synchros with the aforementioned beautaniful princess...Wouldn't make it much better but its just a concept. Honestly, though, good work with the card. It's not universally useful, but it has its niches, and that makes it uniquely significant.
