This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect.
● If this card is changed from Defense Position to Attack Position, add 1 Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand, this effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. During either player's turn: You can Normal Summon 1 Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monster from your hand, except "Mondluce Nata", as an additional Normal Summon, you can only activate this effect of "Mondluce Nata" once per turn.

Basically, discard your seahorse, set this, your opponent rams into it and, if it survives until next turn, you can now double/Gemini summon this, switch it to attack mode, grab your dead horse (no point in beating a dead seahorse right?) now, enter the beginning phases for swing mode battery throwing family style.

Narrow but not bad. Since Hunders occasionally Set Batteryman AAA, it's possible that this will bait out an attack...although it's a lot more likely that it will just sit there and you'll have to Flip Summon it.
