This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While equipped with a "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Card, this card becomes an Effect Monster with these effects.
• You can target 2 "Noble Arms" card in your Graveyard; randomly add 1 of them to your hand. If you do, destroy 1 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Card you control. You can only use this effect of "Noble Knight Bedwyr" once per turn.
Bedwyr is a Noble Knight Gwalchavad for Noble Arms. He is a great monster to utilize with Gwenhwyfar, renewing Noble Arms from your Graveyard when you are short from summoning any of the Xyz Artorigus. Also, he is a target for Lady of the Lake, Noble Knight Gawayn, and Ignoble Knight of Black Laundsallyn. Finally, he works very well with Noble Knight Drystan, providing a free destruction after he destroys a Noble Arms card which could re-equip onto Drystan; Noble Knight Borz also sends Noble Arms to the Graveyard, which Bedwyr can pick up later on.

•This monster is based off of Sir Bedivere from the Arthurian Legends (more specifically, Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur).

•The effect of having the opponent randomly choose 2 Noble Arms from the Graveyard is an allusion to when Bedivere thinks twice that Excalibur was too precious to give back to the Lady of the Lake before being consoled by Arthur to do so.

• Bedwyr's effect of destroying a Noble Arms card you control is a reference to when he finally decides to give back Excalibur to the Lady of the Lake.

• He is the one target for Lady of the Lake other than Noble Knight Artorigus.

• He has 100 less ATK and DEF than Noble Knight Artorigus.
