2 Level 8 Beast-Type Monsters
If this card is Summoned by the effect of a "Rank-up-magic" Spell card with the Monster card "Bahamut's Beast Warrior" its attack and defense are doubled. When this card is Xyz Summoned with Beast-Type Monsters destroy all Monster cards on the field, except this one. Once per turn you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and Special Summon 1 Beast-Type or Beast-Warrior-Type Monster from your graveyard the 1 or 2 levels lower then the detached Material. The effect of a Monster Special Summoned by this effect are negated.

Here is Bahamut's Beast Warrior, and I'll do a fix on Behemoth Bahamut :3

3 level 6 Beast-Type Monsters.
When this card is used to Special Summon "Behemoth Bahamut", you can detach it from "Behemoth Bahamut" and put it back in your Extra deck. This cards ATK and DEF unaffected by card effects.

If this card is Summoned by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell card that targeted a "Bahamut's Beast Warrior" you control: this card gains ATK and DEF equal to its original ATK and DEF. When this card is Xyz Summoned, except by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell card: destroy all other monsters on the field. Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon that Xyz Material in face-up attack position, and if you do, its effects are negated.

That being said, its fairly interesting. 2/3 of its effects are very specific, and the third one is a bit potentially abusive. I would alter it so you can't use that effect the turn it was summoned, like so:

Once per turn, except during the turn this card was Xyz Summoned: blah blah blah

The field wipe is alright since it's just an easier to stop, more specific, and harder to make Excition. Given we don't know anything about "Bahamut's Beast Warrior" we can't really judge how powerful the stat doubling is, though I would probably say it isn't too big a deal unless the aforementioned searches out a RUM.

Behemoth Bahamut is a Beast.

Bahamut's Beast Warrior is a Beast-Warrior.

So, no.

Ah, thought they were both Beast-Warriors.

That could be changed, probably, since it's the closest condition. I mean, or it could just be un-summonable by RUMs.
I mean, because that's plausible. #sarcasm
