When this card is destroyed: target 1 Level 6 Monarch monster in your Graveyard: Special Summon that target.

 

Zunal the Mega Monarch

 

 

2 or more (max. 3) Level 8 Mega Monarch monsters
You can Xyz Summon this card by using face-up Zunal the Golden Monarch as Xyz Material. Once per turn you can detach Xyz Material from this card: activate 1 of the follwing effects:
*negate effects off all monsters curently on the field or in the hand, except Monarch monsters, until the End Phase
*banish 2 cards from your Graveyard: You can Normal Summon 2 times during this turn.
When this card is destroyed: target 1 Level 8 Mega Monarch monster in your Graveyard: Special Summon that target.

I'd like to point out that, as so much of the Monarch support relies on No extra deck, these cards are useless in monarchs.

I was about to say.

Pretty much this to the max. In fact, I think this is kinda a contradiction in terms, since Monarchs technically want NO EXTRA, due to Will of the Monarchs.

They're neat, but too against the idea of Monarchs.

At first I looked at the first one, and thought 'Instant destroy 2? OP much.' But then I realized that you would be in a good position if you have 2 face up monarchs, so I thought, 'Who would run this.' Then I saw the second and thought, 'HOLY S***. THIS CARD CAN NEGATE EXODIA.'
