         As long as this card remains face-up on the field: each time card(s) is banished for Special Summon of the monster; place 1 Counter on this card. You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard: return banished cards to your Graveyard equal to the number of Counters on this card.

The artwork itself makes this card fantastic. The effect, however, is kind of lackluster. Sure, its balanced and fair and has no real spam-loops, but I fail to see where this card would be worth it. The thing is, only BLS Envoy of the End and Chaos Sorcerer really take advantage of this card. Sky Scourges have their place, but honestly, I think running this card would be more a hassle and dead draw than a real aid. If the card gained a counter every time a monster was banished, period, well, that's a different story. You'd get to use it with D.D. warriors, as well as with the elemental dragons and traditional banish-summon cards.

 

However, I think that suggestion may sway too far from what you intended this card to be. The only thing I can say with certainty is that the card, though well designed, has such limited applications that they detract from its functionality. Lightsworns with elementals would make good use of this card, but I think it would simply be more universal if you could use it in a variety of decks.
