Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Psychic-type monster in your Graveyard; banish that target. During the turn you activate this effect, this card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. When this card is banished by the effect of the Psychic-type monster: target 1 monster on the field; banish that target. This banished card is unaffected by other card effects.

Hmmm...interesting. Really well designed card and good job making it a nice fit for banish Psychics! I used to be an avid player of that deck XD Honestly, this card would have probably worked miracles then, and I can't imagine it being any less effective now. The banish effect is REALLY nice, and in today's meta, not too much of a concern. However, there are some issues that I feel like you could address.

  • Is it possible to make a loop with this card so that you keep banishing your opponent's monsters? This would be really unfair and not conducive to counterplay. I'm sure you didn't intend on such a loop occuring, but honestly, there's always the chance it will work a little too well. To be safe, I'd add a clause that prevents this card from being moved from the banish pile. Just so you can't recycle it. (Psychic Feel Zone)
  • Your card can't miss the timing, but it's also a mandatory effect. I don't know if this was intentional, but honestly, it works in your favor - a nice, zesty drawback to banishing the card while your opponent has no monsters. A+.
  • Why LIGHT? Wouldn't EARTH make a little more sense, seeing as most other Psychics are EARTH attribute?
  • OCG (very minor changes. Also, I added my recommended clause in red): Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Psychic-type monster in your Graveyard; banish that target. During the turn you activate this effect, this card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. When this card is banished by the effect of the Psychic-type monster: target 1 monster on the field; banish that target. This card cannot be moved from the banish pile.

Aside from the few issues I saw (probably issues that you simply overlooked), it's an excellent card!

Added your recommendation & changed the Attribute of the card.
