Attack of equipped monster is halved and it cannot be used as a Material for Xyz or Synchro Summon. Firstly, it doesn't say where to equip it, so I'm presuming you mean it's equipped to the monster summoned. As for it's effect: 1: Use this to summon Tuningware. 2: Summon lv 1 tuner. 3: Synch for Formula. 4: Draw 4 cards (5 with Librarian). Plz nu.
