Lore
When an opponent's monster declares an attack, if your opponent has 2 or more cards on their side of the field than you do: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand), and if you do, switch the attack target to this card, also this card gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase. During your End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this way: Shuffle this card into the Deck.
Any comments, criticism, and/or OCG fixes are welcome (of course)!

Handtrap ATK wall that Timelords itself away when you end your turn? It doesn't appear to do much other than scare-tactic and cause Replay. Maybe add in that it forces the attack to target it when Special Summoned?

Also, Don't use the word "Hope" KoA will localize it to "Utopia" and nobody wants more support for ZWs.

No, this is not narrow. Being 2+ field presence down on your opponent is common. This is like a blend of Honest and Gorz. "Then" makes it very powerful since it can't be killed by Trap Holes. It's a silly card that is very difficult to work around and needs some kind of additional restriction.

Attack with something that has more than 2600 ATK? I mean, it's pretty similar to Swordsman of Revealing Light, which isn't an overpowered card, except it has a slightly different condition and a slightly higher ATK than the other's DEF, in exchange for limited field presence.

Would it be better to drop the ATK boost back to 800? I don't know if that would make it too similar to Swordsman.

Swordsman is a high-Level monster that is Summoned when you're attacked directly. If it cannot drop and survive, it is unlikely to hit the field at all. Even if you use it to kill a small monster, it will die to an attack from a large one that matters more (the Fissure problem).

This can be readily Normal Summoned if necessary. While slightly harder to set up, this can protect monsters you control while killing enemy boss monsters in the process. 2600 is a lot of ATK. I don't know exactly how much ATK it should gain.
