Once per turn: You can send 1 card you control to the Graveyard, then target 1 face-up card on your opponent's field with the same card type (Monster, Spell, Trap) as the sent card in the Graveyard; destroy that target. When this card is destroyed: Each player targets 1 Continuous Spell/Trap Card in their Graveyard, except "Destructive Maelstorm"; shuffle those targets into the Decks.

This OCG hurts.

Targeting and costs should be combined into one sentence before a semicolon; otherwise it's very difficult to tell whether you're blowing your cards up with an effect or a cost, which makes a big difference when it comes to Yang Zing monsters and things like that. No existing card destroys as a cost.

If this destroys your cards as a cost, monsters like Artifact Longinus that you set to your Spell/Trap Zone would be treated as monsters, and this would destroy a monster.

If this destroys your cards as an effect, the targeting gets all screwed up because it would have to know in advance what kind of card you were going to destroy when you want to target an opponent's card. If it destroys as an effect, and then targets an opponent's card, it has to be split up into 2 effects: one Ignition, one Trigger.

Right now it is ambiguous and I cannot judge it.

Better. Now I have an anchor for the lore:

That's one way to word it.

As for the card itself: It's potent monster removal that sets up a nice Graveyard engine unless it's blown up with MST.

Thanks for OCG fix. If I change the effect to target any Spell/Trap card in Graveyard instead of Continuous cards, would it be OP.
