ZaTaisho
These were meant for the Pendulum Card Contest going on, but I figured I'd put them here anyways.Tell me what you think! What's the purpose of flipping cards face-down in the Graveyard?:According to http://yugioh.wikia..../Graveyard_Zone, cards in the Graveyard resides face-up at all times.Face-down cards are considered as cards with no card type or name ("Unknown Cards")Card effects cannot target an Unknown Card if specifically targets a card type or name (Monster, Spell, Trap, "Name")Card effects that activate in the Graveyard cannot be resolved if face-down (ex: Necro Gardna, Plaguespreader Zombie, Stardust Dragon, etc...)Card effects that activate when sent to the Graveyard can be activated and resolved, even if sent face-down. (ex: Sangan, Dandylion, Imairuka, etc...)

AFKassassin
I'm assuming Pendulum Spirit's effect to special summon himself is during your turn? Because in my opinion, I don't see much use of the flipping facedown unless you can chain to your opponent's effect to stop one of their cards for a cheaper price. I get where you are going with this, but with the Princess of Allure the only way to flip the cards back faceup, and pendulum/spirit monsters not being meant to hit the grave, would this be good? Because I could see major shinanigans with Prince of Aggro + Magical Merchant. Aside from that, this is a very interesting type with alot of thought put into it! I like how you took official rulings and created your own type of effect, exclusive to your cards out of it! I would love for these cards to come out in TCG just so I could see all of the rediculous combos people would pull off with it.

What's good about this is that you can use the card as a Level 8 material for Xyz, Synchros, etc..., but the downfall to that is it will be sent to the Graveyard, BUT that doesn't mean I won't make support cards for that. The idea I was to try to get Pendulum Spirit into the Extra Deck for Pendulum Summon (so he gets his effect) while having at least 1 "Stigmaeon" card in one of your Pendulum Zones. The Combo is to continuously try to Pendulum Summon, destroy him in some way, then repeat. It's a pretty powerful card I will give you that, but I didn't want to make it too powerful. I had to have some limitations to it by requiring a specific card type and a special requirement to activate said effect.Princess of Allure is to keep your Graveyard healthy by keeping your cards face-up, allowing you to use other "Stigmaeon" card effects that require cards to flip face-down. This is a good combo with Pendulum Spirit, because it refunds the permanent cost of flipping a card face-down when Special Summoning Pendulum Spirit's Pendulum Effect.Prince of Aggro is just a pretty powerful card...I think I made him a bit too powerful, BUT it can be changed when needed. I'm still not sure where I'm going to head for this Archetype, but this is the baseline.
