When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. You can only control 1 "Muramasa, the Malevolent Blade".[/spoiler] His purpose was to provide destruction and advantage for generic Warrior-Type decks' Synchro/Xyz combos. Is it too much? Like this: "If you control a face-up Warrior-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy that target.". I intentionally removed that level restriction. Otherwise, in your version, tellarknights love this . . .
