My take on Synchro Panic

Activate only while you control a level 5 or higher Tuner monster, when your Life Points are lower than your opponent's.  Pay half your life points and discard your entire hand (min 1), then, Special Summon, from your Graveyard, as many non-Tuner Synchro monsters as possible to your side of the field in face-up attack position.  Their ATK and DEF become 0 and their effects are negated, also their battle positions cannot be changed and their levels are reduced to 1. You cannot Summon monsters, except Synchro monsters during the turn you activate this effect. You can only activate 1 "Synchro Panic" per turn.[/spoiler]

 

I know this is not exactly how synchro panic worked in the anime, but I feel that this accomplishes the equivalent of what it was meant to do, and that is make quasar with Life Stream Dragon.

 

I could use some assistance for the OCG, as well as trying to sooth out the restrictions, because right now there seems to be too many.
