Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned; Send it to the Graveyard. Once per turn during your Battle Phase; you gain 1000 Life Points. When this card is Summoned; your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of their 2nd turn after this card is Summoned. The ATK and DEF of this card are each 100 points higher than the highest face-up monster's ATK on the field (except "The Wicked Phoenix" ).

Lore: Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned; Send it to the Graveyard. Holy crap, this is broken. Basically you when this card hits the field you have a beater that is near impossible to get off the field until your 3rd turn after this was summoned. All you really need to summon this card is a few cards based on swarming. After you cleared the field of your opponent's monsters all you need is a beater or two and you could do up to 6000 points of damage in one turn. Not only that, you can gain 1000 LP after that is over with. Even if this card will be really easy to get off the field after the 4th turn after you summoned it your opponent would likely be already be beaten. Now even if it would be really easy to get off the field after a few turns you really should up the costs to get it on the field. Maybe change it to Xyz and require 2 lv 7 monsters to be it's materials. You could nerf the spell and trap negation to one turn and the lifepoint gain to 500 points and give this card a solid ATK of 4000 or something.

So it's pretty much The Wicked`Avatar that can't be Normal Summoned and has the "send it to the Graveyard" clause if it's Special Summoned like the Egyptian Gods. All you did was practically mesh up two effects and add a Life Point gain to it.

The Life Point gain isn't going to do much, though. To be honest, the only reason anyone would probably play this card is so that the opponent can't activate Spells/Traps until after their second Standby Phase. A suggestion would be to enable a Normal Summon instead of a Special Summon, so it's harder to get that two-turn Cold Wave in play. And it it' a Normal Summon, I'd still stick to 3 Tributes.
