2 different Mewtwo with two different abilities. Mewtwo X is possibly Steadfast since there is no flinching involve in this game. Mewtwo Y is Insomnia since it is not affected by any effects in this format. Images are at:

3 Level 7 monsters

Must first be Special Summoned with "Rank-Up-Magic X Force" targeting "Number 150: Mewtwo, Legendary Genetic Psychic". When this card attacks a monster in DEF position; conduct piercing damage. If this card has "Number 150: Mewtwo, Legendary Genetic Psychic" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.

. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; any battle damage you conducted with this card will be doubled. All monsters you control loses 1000 ATK.

 

 

3 Level 7 monsters

Must first be Special Summoned with "Rank-Up-Magic Y Force" targeting "Number 150: Mewtwo, Legendary Genetic Psychic". When this card is Special Summoned, you gain 1000 Life Points. If this card has "Number 150: Mewtwo, Legendary Genetic Psychic" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effects.

. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card is not affected  by any card effects until the End Phase. All battle damage is halve when this effect is activated.

Seems interesting, although the effect requiring Mewtwo as an Xyz Material seems a bit repetitive as it can only be summoned with Mewtwo as an Xyz Material anyway.
