i've always wanted to make excessive draw card, so this is it

lore:

If your opponent has more cards in their hand and their field than you do: Draw until you have same number of cards in your hand than your opponent. Then, you lose 1000 Life Points for each card(s) drawn by this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Overlimit Draw" per turn.

i added some restriction and drawback to it, but because excessive draw usually

can be abused i still not sure its OP or not

any input/fix/tips welcomed

If you control no other cards, and have 1 or less cards in your hand while your opponent has 2 or more cards in their hand: Draw until you have same number of cards in your hand as your opponent, and if you do, you lose 1000 Life Points for each card(s) drawn by this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Overlimit Draw" per turn.

So this is basically Soul Charge that lets you draw cards instead of summoning monsters with a Bubbleman-esque restriction?

Eh, seems hard to use considering how hard it is to get Bubbleman off (since this card is really the same thing).

Would rather use Hope for Escape.

hmm, if i remove the bubbleman restriction it could be abusable in trap heavy deck

going first (ocg), set 4 (along with this card), activate, lose 4000 but draw 4..hmm.. how about this

Fix #1

modifying to exciton knight restriction, without the word "total" (so opponent must have more card both in hand and field)
