Ok here we have eevee and its evolution. The effects of the evolution has their hidden and normal abilities. It took me sometime to make. Enjoy B)

 

 

Once per turn, you can change the attribute, type, and level from 1 to 6 until the End Phase. This card can also treated as 2 Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.

 

 

2 Level 4 Aqua-Type monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; for each WATER monster on the field, you gain 200 Life Points. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

. This card cannot be destroyed by WATER monsters.

 

 

2 Level 4 Thunder-Type monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn, this card can attack your opponent directly. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

.This card cannot be destroyed by LIGHT monsters.

 

 

2 Level 4 Pyro-Type monsters

If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; double the battle damage this turn. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

. This card cannot be destroyed by FIRE monsters.

 

 

2 Level 5 Psychic-Type monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls. Your opponent cannot activate that Spell/Trap Card. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

. If you take damage; your opponent takes the same amount of damage.

 

 

2 Level 5 DARK monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card;this card cannot be targeted by card effects until End Phase. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

. If you take damage; your opponent takes the same amount of damage.

 

 

3 Level 3 Plant-Type monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn, All Plant-Type monsters you control can attack directly. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

. Once per turn, this card is not affected by card effects.

 

 

3 Level 3 WATER monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card can attack again this turn. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", it gains this effect.

. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

 

 

2 Level 6 Fairy-Type monsters

Until the End Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains 200 ATK, for every Fairy-Type monsters you control. If this card was Xyz Summoned by "Eevee, the Unstable Evolutionary", this card gains this effect.

. Target 1 monster your opponent controls (You can only use this effect 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect.) ; gain control of that target. This card cannot attack when this effect is activated.

to make them all different, make Umbreon a Fiend instead of beast and change Vaporeon to Sea Serpent.

not really important but it would make them all separate.

 

Also, which effect do they gain if summoned from Eevee?  The detach effect or the "not destroyed by their attribute" effect.
