LIGHT

R******

Machine/Xyz/Effect

3 or more (max 5) Level 6 LIGHT Monsters

1) This card's Summon cannot be negated, and your opponent cannot activate cards or card effects in response to this card's Summon. 2) Once per turn, during either player's turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 card on each side of the field; banish them. 3) When this card would leave the field (by battle or your opponent's card effect): banish it, then target a number of LIGHT Xyz monster(s) in your Graveyard up to the number of Xyz Materials attached to this card when it was banished; Special Summon those targets in face-up Defence Position, and if you do, inflict damage to both players equal to the combined Rank(s) of those Xyz monster(s) x 200.

ATK 3000 / DEF 2500

Calling it now...

Eh... If I'm getting this right, imagine using 3 monsters, and you use a D. Potion of this guy. You'd get 3 Ligth XYZ's out, deal around 2000 burn damage, and get to attack with all three.

I'm not sure wheter I read your card well, but in my eyes, this seems a bit... much.

Well, I feel like fixing OCG today, so I shall.

Alrighty, now that that is nice and orderly-

It's pretty interesting, in that it's a mass monster revival, but it has a very limited selection of what it can revive. In all liklihood, you probably won't even be Summoning the most you possibly could simply because the chances of getting so many LIGHT Xyzs in the Graveyard AND THEN being able to Summon this is so small.

I don't really have an opinion on this, but I imagine it wouldn't see much more use than Pilgrim Reaper does.

Responses? Here? In Written Cards? After an ad in the status bar? Surely not.

Hmm... possibly. That's definitely do-able (in terms of possible, ignoring likelihood of possible)

Changed to leaves the field by battle or opponents card effect and Special Summon in defence position to get around Dark Hole-esque shenanigans.

Thanks for the OCG fixes. I've changed it though so you have to summon the exact amount of Xyz monsters = Materials still attached. All or none like you know. Hope that wording works and is clear.

Originally it was just gonna be Constellars revived, but that seemed to niche. This card is very much inspired by the Arc-V episode and that Hokuto dude having a freak-out and using that stupid Tempest card. Like when a star goes out, especially a super star cluster, it goes out with a big, BIG bang! (In fact, if you've watched that ep, that's where I got its Number from. Because I'm genuinely expecting a Constellar Number of some kind to come out...)

People use Pilgrim Reaper?

Thanks for giving me some feedback. Both comments liked :)

I saw Sacred and entered.

It's weak. Like Karab explained you won't feasibly get to summon and lose enough Xyz monsters to make this worthwhile in a realistic game - you'll either win or lose long before this comes into play.

Well, let's see. First, since you already went to the effort of adding the first effect, add the "cannot negate the summon" clause to it. Second effect really doesn't need to banish a card on either side even if it works on either player's turn, 3x6 and LIGHT is a hard condition to meet. I feel that 'destroy 1 card you control to banish 1 card your opponent controls' or something along these lines would be better.

Third effect, I'd make "up to the number of Xyz Materials this card had on the field" instead of having to match that number exactly.

Best way to use this would probably be Astral Force on Praesepe. Since it's much easier to splash Astral Force in R4/5 Constellars, than make a R6 Constellars deck.

I took an astral for granted when using this card.
But really, this card can be used as late-game buster.

Hey you :)

Thanks for the suggestions. Dunno if you're watching Arc-V (assume you've had no time given everything. It's been good) but if you watch ep 9, you might get some more of the falvour of this card (because most Numbers do come from the anime after all, and the ep really hinted one coming to me).

All of the Constellar Xyz (as you know) are named after major star clusters, so I figured I'd name this one after the biggest, brightest Super Cluster I could find. Something like that would need to be as powerful and destructive as possible, a star so bright it just erases everything (hence banishing), but guess I didn't quite get it. Changed back to up to now since that seems people's preference.

Also banishment; Lightray Sorcerer involvement, or is that a bad idea?

Thanks for the help man. (I'll get back onto writing soon, I promise )
