Luna Diviner
This set is based on removing dragons from play + milling your deck. Then returning them. Here is the main card. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:Once per turn, you can select 1 Level 7 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck and remove it from play. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. You can send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy all face-down monsters your opponent controls. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and inflict damage equal to 500 x the destroyed monsters Level to your opponent's Life Points.Image from Yadens thread

Yusei Fudou
It's good but I see no point of its effect. Besides that the picture isn't that good either. 7/

Parting Shot
I like them. They are a very interesting idea, and I am anxious to see the rest of them. I didn't see any errors, but I'm not exactly a complete expert on OCG :P Oh wait, the bottom one should say "destroyed monster's Level", you forgot the apostrophe. Okay, that's really all I saw ;) overall - 13.07/13.69 ^_^
Enigma Zero
The 1st one has some real potential, seeing as it would pair well with cards like D.D.M. - Different Dimension Master, Dimension Fusion, Burial from a Different Dimension, and Return from the Different Dimension. Remember, however, that most players(myself not included) appear to be deathly allergic to Gemini Monsters. The 2nd card also supports this type of deck, but it's just a tad too overpowered IMHO. If it were my card I would split it into 2(possibly 3) different cards. Just thinking outloud here, but this could lead to an interesting strategy to build a remove from play deck which would be able use Burial from a Different Dimension and Foolish Burial to Dragon Mirror...-F.G.D.-Meteor B. Dragon This deck kinda writes itself the more I look at it. Not certain how competitive something like this would be, but it's definately something I think you should explore. It definately has potential. ;)
