Airride
Halting Silence Quick-Play Spell During your turn: Negate all effects of cards in the hand, field, graveyard, deck, and that are banished until the next Standby Phase, and if you do, it is now the opponent's Draw Phase. JustAnotherDuelist
This card can only be activated during your turn. Negate the effects of all cards (everywhere) until your next Standby Phase, and if you do, it now becomes the End Phase of this turn. I assume it would've been something like that, since next Standby Phase would be after they draw. If that was not what you intended, then this card is really just a negation card that has a really bad drawback that I would find too hard to use because of it. If the edited version above was what you intended, it is basically a more OP version of Cold Wave with less restrictions. You could easily play this during your MP2 and your opponent can't do anything next turn. Idk which effect you intended, but this card would either be a card with too high a cost OR a more OP version of Cold Wave.
Airride
Your version is not what's intended. I made it very specifically to be how it is in OP.
JustAnotherDuelist
Ok, so how would the card work? The way I see it, it's a Quick-Play version of Vanity's something (that card that negates all the cards in the chain). Is that what it's used for? Airride
It's used for whatever. Really, I just made it for flavor/out of anger, so...
newhat
Non-targeting negation on your turn. I can't see it being that valuable since it prevents you from making plays afterward.
