Big Lez
During either players Battle Phase: You can Tribute 1 face-up Attack Position monster you control to Special Summon this monster from your hand in face-up Attack Position; it's ATK becomes the original ATK of the monster you Tributed to Special Summon this monster. If this card is Special Summoned by it's own effect, it's destroyed during the next End Phase. Battle Damage from battles involving this card becomes 0. So whats this card about. Option #1: You're in your Battle Phase and managed to kill some enemy monsters but you kinda lack dmg from direct Attacks still...Just Tribute one of your hard hitters and get this cutie in. He will do his job and then move further to the graveyard where an aggressive dude like this belongs Option #2: Your Opponent has way to many strong monsters (2 in this case :D) and you have only 1? Just kill 1 of these dudes with your strong monster, tribute it during battle phase and attack with your Berserker to get rid of the 2nd one..aaaaand say goodbye to saz, he'll go to the graveyard Option #3: Enemy Battlephase. Doesnt matter how strong your monster is, if your opponent plays the bully and attacks a weaker Attack Position monster get your Berserker out, he'll reduce the damage you take to 0. When it comes to balancing, i think its fair enough that he cant deal battle damage - so why not preventing your enemy from dealing any, when you get this dude out. also the fact that he destroys himself after doing his job is pretty fair i think What do you think? :)

Mdoraz
Couple things, first you should definitely state that it summons itself from your hand. Next, I assume you meant you can tribute one attack position monster you control because as it stands right now it looks like you can tribute an opponents monster, which would be way too OP. The rest of it looks fine, not unfair or anything besides the wording of the card.
