Stardust Dragon + Red Dragon Archfiend
Must be first Fusion Summoned by using the above cards as the Fusion Materials. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When an opponent's card effect is activated: You can tribute this card; Negate the activation. During the End Phase, if this card was tributed by its own effect: Special Summon this card, and if you do, destroy all other cards on the field.

Not too sure about the nuke effect, you might want to limit that to certain cards or something. Are you trying to give it Stardust's return effect? If do use the word return. If you use Special Summon it could get hit with something like solemn iirc.

Stardust's effect will special summon it from the graveyard if it had negated something, the word "return" is not correct in thit situation, since it should have both RDA and SD properties (or at least similar to them)

Uhhh...do you know how to play yugioh...negate it's activation...never said destroy it...it never said can't be activated again...

Didn't you read the words between parenthesis? Also the "negate activation" serves the only purpose to ignite the future nuke effect of the card, it isn't meant to negate and destroy

also bump

Monsters with the one per turn clause would, indeed, not be able to activate their effects again, fair enough.

Pleiades -> You'll either negate him or have this card returned, in either case the opponent can bounce a second monster, and probably get a direct attack in.

Either you destroy like most cards, or you'd be better off negating the effects until the end phase.

-> this card is quite prone to an ironic card, Starlight road. Just pointing that out.

Additionally; where did te spell and trap nuke come from?

Stardust destroys everything he can negate (monsters/spell/traps)

Red Dragon destroys all your monsters that didn't attack and all the def position monsters your opponent controls, if it had attacked them

that's why i decided to let it nuke everything while also keeping it away from attacking directly
