Airride
Pyscho Overlimit Quick-Play Spell When a Psychic-Type monster activates its effect by paying Life Points, except during your Battle Phase: Target that monster and pay Life Points equal to the amount you payed for that card's effect; Negate that target's effect and banish it, and if you do, destroy all monsters with ATK or DEF lower than the amount of Life Points you payed this turn, besides Psychic-Type monsters, but if you do, skip your next Battle Phase. Should be OTK-Proof and such.
newhat
It's also use-proof because any effect requiring a payment large enough to wipe the field (2000) is too valuable to throw away (Overdrive Teleporter, Rebible). 1000 from Destructotron isn't wiping the front row anytime soon. Airride
destroy all monsters with ATK or DEF lower than the amount of Life Points you payed this turn You don't need to negate ANY of those to make a significant dent in the opponent's field. You can use them, sure, but you could acitvate it off anything fro them to comething insignificant like Telekentic Shocker. Also, it counts the LP you pay for its own effect too, so even 1000 might be enough to do some serious damage.
newhat
Mm. I didn't notice the additional cost. This could be quite strong with Destructotron to level your opponent's field, which makes me happy because I love Destructotron.
