Since I love pendulums, and how pendulum + tuner works.

This card basically can alternate between being Level 3 and Level 5, though you need to Special Summon it in Defense Position, or change it to Defense Position to change its Level to 5. Being a DARK monster, it can make some good Synchros unique to DARK Tuners, notable one is Beelze. And actually, instant Beelze is viable by using Marauding Captain and this card.

But that above is not the only pros of this card, it provides a decent (or ultimate) protection for the monster Synchro Summoned by it. So, it might works well in Decks that can Normal Summon this card to Synchro with their other Special Summoned monsters.

It provides easy Synchro, if it is Pendulum Summoned in its own Deck. Something that can actually only be done with a little of cards in the set, along with Lunaris, Uranologos Sealed Angel.

Concept: Based on the constellation Ophiuchus (the Serpent Bearer), which lies near the ecliptic, but not included in the zodiac, nor astrology for some reasons. The card's name is latin for "serpent bearer", modified a bit.

If you would Pendulum Summon, you can treat this card as a Level 4 monster for that Pendulum Summon only. You can only control 1 "Anguita, Uranos Banishment". If this card is in face-up Defense Position, increase its Level by 2. When this card is Pendulum Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 face-up "Uranos" monster from your Extra Deck. A Synchro Monster that was Summoned using this card as a Synchro Material gains this effect.
● Once while this card is face-up on the field, it cannot leave the field by battle or by card effects.
