Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is Flip Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster in face-down Defense Position from your hand or Deck.

 

Because PACMAN is tier 1 and fun as heck and needs this.

I'm not too pacman-savvy, but I realize that this would play out immensely well in those decks, seeing as all of the monsters you'd be using are Level 3 or lower. The artwork is excellent, as is your OCG. The card overall provides some good utility, but nothing gamebreaking. You could make it more powerful by letting it Summon the monster face-down, and then giving Kemekujara and effect that, once per turn, allows it to flip summon a monster you control. It'll be more instantly gratifying and is made up for by the fact that the monster you summon must come from you hand (however good or bad). Honestly, the card is balanced and really useful in its current state; it just kind of wavers on the weak side because you're losing a turn waiting to flip summon this card when you could have flip summoned a burn card instead.

It already does that ;^)

 

and then giving Kemekujara and effect that, once per turn, allows it to flip summon a monster you control.

If i did this I'd have to make it except Kemukujara but I don't really like the idea of this or make it once per Kemukujara.

After reading your comment I'll definitely change it to or Deck. I was tossing up between either from Deck and hand or hand, but now I've made up my mind.
