Spellcaster/Effect

When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle, or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: Select 1 monster on your opponent's field. Equip this card to it. A monster equipped with this card cannot be targeted by card effects, cannot be Tributed, and cannot be used as Xyz, Fusion, or Synchro Material. During your next Standby Phase destroy the equipped monster and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the equipped monster's attack.

Hmmm...a monster form of Duston Mop without, well, a lot of utility. Well, I'm in the mood for a full review, so here goes:

So far, the OCG is quite bad, but no biggie, time to repair that (mine's not gonna be perfect, but it'll help regardless):

When this card is destroyed by battle and would be sent to the Graveyard: Equip it to the monster this card battled instead. A monster equipped with this card cannot be targeted by card effects, cannot be Tributed, and cannot be used as Xyz, Fusion, or Synchro Material. During each of your Standby Phases, the equipped monster loses 500 ATK/DEF. If the equipped monster has 0 ATK: Destroy it, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK.

(Also, note that I didn't allow it to be Fusion Material in my fix; I believe you meant to already have that on there).

Ok, so it's a ticking time bomb that'll basically drive your opponent crazy trying to prevent it from going off. However, there's a lot that this card doesn't accomplish in the manner you intend.

First and foremost, by having it be a purely battle-centric effect, you're setting this card up for failure. Dependency on player interaction is tough and really only works well in Decks like Yang Zings and the Hands because they have effects that proc on any form of destruction. I highly recommend making this effect activate when your card is destroyed, in any way or form, by your opponent's card. Just like the Hands, let this be the trigger: "When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle, or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: ".

Second, as a card that depends on player interaction, it warrants a decently powerful effect. Your card, which turns the opponent's monster into a bomb, is an exceptional effect that lets this card really make your opponent stall. Unfortunately, this effect is not significant enough in its current state to see play. Your opponent can still attack and use the monster's effects - Duston House Mop is still superior to your card. I would recommend also preventing the monster from using its effects.

Finally, the time bomb effect is nice, but will be hard to get to. Because it'll be difficult to fulfill, I'm sure you could just banish the equipped monster instead of destroying it.
