Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 Reptile and/or Machine-Type monsters from your Graveyard. While face-up on the field, this card is also Machine-Type. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; change that target to Defense Position, and if you do, its effects are negated.
