The card's interesting, but it also feels overwrought, somewhat. In pursuit of a very very specific design niche, you've been forced to build in all sorts of limitations and extra conditions and stuff that just bloats the effect text of the card to insane degrees, making the font almost unreadably tiny. Are you sure you can't cut some of the fat and simplify the effect? I understand that the 'you can prevent this card from being destroyed by detaching 1' part is to counterbalance the 0/0 stats, but you could also just give it some very mediocre stats and remove the anti-destruction effect.

I tried to cut out some of the bloat, but it's up to you to decide if the changes are improvements.

During either player's turn, if your opponent would Special Summon a monster: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; Negate the Summon of that monster and destroy it. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed while it has Xyz Materials: Tribute 1 monster from your hand or your side of the field instead.  During the End Phase, if you activated this effect: Attach 1 Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard to this card as an Xyz Material.
