Assault Mode Shi En

I Redrew My idea of a Assault Mode version of Shi En gave him a new look and some ability's.

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". Once during either player's turn you can negate the activation of 1 of your opponent's Spell or Trap card and destroy it, then place 1 bushido counter on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 bushido counter you control instead. This card is also treated as a Shien Effect Monster. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 Legendary Six Samurai-Shi En from your graveyard.

First, you need to post the effect under the card, or this will get locked.

 

Second, while I was squinting to try and read and this thing's effect I nearly cried. I'm going to put this bluntly. This card is bad. 

 

First off its not nearly as hard to get to out as Exodia is, and with the right cards Six Sams can get this out on your 2nd or 3rd at worst. Secondly it can't be destroyed by basically anything since its only affected by your own backrow and 3000 ATK is pretty hard to kill. You'd basically have to rely on using Monster effects to destroy it, or somehow pulling out a card with more or equal than 3000 ATK. Then again that is if you even have the chance since Six Sams can make it rain Bushido counters like nobody's business. That's if you even need the alt. win condition since you can basically run over anything anyway.

 

Ways to fix: Get rid of the uneffected by S/T and keep it more similar to Shien's effect of negating S/T
