razzy
During either player's turn when a card or effect is activated, that banished a card(s) from either player's hand or Graveyard at activation: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, negate the activation of that card and destroy it. Starry-Eyes Enigma Dragon
This would be very nice for running Chaos if it weren't for the negation and destruction part. I understand it needs to be balanced, but I'd prefer to see a different sort of drawback. Maybe just negate the activation of the card, but not destroy it? Another suggestion; the name needs to change. I'm guessing you didn't really care much for the name, either? Maybe something like "Hummingbell", since it's a "Tune"r? Or maybe "Early Bird of Peace" since it involves negation of Chaos-style effects and is Special Summoned somewhat suddenly? Just brainstorming. Nightmare Stomper
I was feeling this card when I read it, and I still do now. Perhaps the card should Negate the card and return it to the hand? That way you go +1 and your opponent has to re-use a card that may have a taxing cost (BLS, etc.) on their strategy. If you do so, you may want to give yourself life points for that. Here's how I feel: During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that banished a card(s) from either player's hand or Graveyard as a cost for its activation, or immediately after it resolves: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, negate the activation of that card and return it to the hand. When a card you own is Banished by your opponent's card effect, gain 800 Life Points.
