If this card is Special Summoned this way; Return all face-up Level 2 or higher non-LIGHT Monsters on the field to the hand, and you cannot Summon Monsters while you control this face-up Monster. ② If a Monster you control would be targeted by a card effect: You can discard 1 LIGHT Monster, and target 1 other Monster on the field; Negate that Monster's effects, also it becomes the target of that card effect.
