razzy
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can roll 3 six-sided dice. For each result Special Summon 1 non-Tuner monster of that Level from your Deck. Its effects are negated and it cannot be used as Xyz Material. Destroy them during the End Phase. Nightmare Stomper
0_0 well that is massively OP insta-quasar level eater-ish :P Let us think about this. The ability to freely summon 3 monsters that can attack and be used in a synchro summon, albeit left to chance, is insane. Logically, this isn't bad for Xyz as the odds of getting 3 of a kind are quite low. The damage factor balances this out a bit more, though it's still massively powerful. When this card is Normal Summoned, roll 3 six-sided dice. For each result, Special Summon 1 non-Tuner monster whose Level is equal to that result from your Deck in face-up defense position. Their effects are Negated and they are destroyed during the End Phase. If you cannot select a valid target for any given result, take damage equal to 300 x the number rolled. razzy
I assumed if you didn't have the targets for each (lv 1, lv2, lv3, etc..) then the effect couldn't be activated anyway?
Nightmare Stomper
In this instance that he's given it would resolve without any success except for the numbers that correspond to levels in the deck; they'd get SPS anyway.
newhat
At a glance it looks insanely powerful. Being a Tuner means that no matter what you roll you are getting a free Synchro, and possibly several Graveyard effects. But I like it a lot so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. Zauls
This card is screaming bad design. Luck-based effects are generally not used at all but this one is just ridiculous. You're getting advantage pretty much guaranteed straight away and it is likely to be a +3. Plus, IT CAN SEARCH EVERY NON-TUNER LEVEL 1-6 MONSTER THAT CAN BE SPECIAL SUMMONED. I mean, you really think that is a good idea? Make it 2 die rolls and restrict it to Spellcasters or give it some other restriction on what it can summon. I would also give it a clause saying "You cannot Special Summon any other monsters this turn, except from the Extra Deck" so you can't abuse it as much and it is just a +0 or +1 Synchro for a turn. Still a really bad design because its an instant Synchro that doesn't require any other combo pieces, but its just so difficult to balance a card like this.
