Hexanort
Lore: Pendulum Effect: When this card is activated: You can place 1 "Light and Darkness Moogle" from your Deck to your unused Pendulum Zone, then this card's Pendulum Scale become 5. If you activate this effect, while this card remains face-up: Negate effect of all face-up Pendulum Summoned monsters you control. Monster Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Light and Darkness Moogle" from your Extra Deck. 1 card setup for lv 3-4 pendulum summon, with drawback of negated effects, also has little addition of ssing another copy of itself from ed broken or balanced? , any response/fix/critic welcomed
DarthPhoenix99
I believe the monster effect should be: "When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Light and Darkness Moogle" from your Extra Deck." I could be wrong because I am not an OCG expert but I've seen many cards that have a comma instead of a colon.

Sorry for the misunderstanding (I've just always done it like that XD), other than that though it seems okay. I am new to Pendulum cards.

Jsevillamol
It looks balanced to me. I must admit I haven't playtested pendulums yet, and so I am not fully able to understand which impact they will have in the meta, but in the situations I can think of LaD Moogle is fair to play. It can be stopped by MST, though doing so prepares yourself for normal summoning a third one and exceeding. Maybe changing the pendulum level to 4 will keep it playable and more difficult to abuse, but as I see it it is not completely neccesary.
magemeek22
Excellently designed card - major props to you! First and foremost, a discussion of the effects. You definitely hit the nail with this variation of Tour Guide. It lets you Xyz Summon if Normal Summoned, and it lends itself to Pendulum Summoning if activated as a Spell. It gives the user choice with how to apply this card, and can really distinguish between a skilled and mediocre player. That much alone makes this card worthy of praise, but the effects themselves are equally good. The Normal Summon effect lets you take advantage of tight situations in which you've already used up your Moogles. The Pendulum Spell effect is even better, letting you set up a quick pendulum summon of Level 4 monsters. Balancing is also extremely well done. The Pendulum Spell effect is really nicely coupled with an effect-negating clause that makes this card one of inherent confusion: Is it worth it? Should I Pendulum Summon my Level 4s? Their effects will be negated...hmmm... and this kind of confusion is what the game needs :) Then, the Normal Summon effect is in place, providing a safe alternative. Personally, I recommend allowing you to search the monster from both your Deck and Extra Deck, therefore really providing the user a day-and-night kind of choice: Do I Xyz with its monster effect, or Pendulum Summon with its spell effect? SO CONFUSED! I'm really liking this card. Good work. I would like to see this search the Deck as well when normal summoned, though. Makes it quite versatile, though in no way OP.
