I decided to mess around with Google Translate

Original:   (Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning)

After one go into Google Translate (a go equals translating to Japanese and back into English): 

You can not be normal summon / set. (From your hand) must be Special Summoned by the expulsion DARK monster and 1 light from your Graveyard first. Once per turn, you will be able to activate one of these effects. 

● 1 monster on the field of the target; banished the target face-up. The turn you activate this effect, this card can not attack.

Wow. That is... just wow. It actually still sorta makes sense. Let's fix that, shall we?

● monster on the field of one target. Banish the target face-up. The turn you activate this effect, this card can not attack. 

It allows you to carry out an attack in the second row: destroys an opponent's monster by battle ● in damage step in the case of this card at the time of attack.
