Chaos Support, possibly OP

I've wanted to make a card like this for a bit now. Some quirky fun for Chaos decks. Criticism welcome, this card is subject to change. Image credit goes to SheerHeart on DeviantART.

I like it, but do you mean the next 3 turns of the controller or the next 3 turns of both players in total with the third effect? The cost for the effects isn't too high imo. This card could really cause problems for pretty much every deck which uses Xyz monsters! You may include a way to banish 'Chaos Dialer' with it's own effect, but I'm not sure about that. Could be fair considering the high cost for the effects. Cool card though, kudos

For your opponent's next 3 turns. I'll fix that now. Thanks for the feedback.

Cool card, but it really is only useful against synchro and xyz decks.  Some decks can go on fine without Xyz and Synchros, so with costs like that, you might put yourself in trouble.  However this is a very good card depending on your opponent, so it would be good in a Side Deck.  I am new around here as you can see, so not all my advice is the best, but I think this card was a good idea.

I also had it in mind as a Side Deck card. Thanks for the comment.

Oh look. You again. I must say this card doesn't size up to the other one I saw. Let's dig in.

The first I'd like to ask is how you intend to get it banished consistently, but I suppose there are plenty of cards to accomplish that. Being a Level 1 it can be searched and dumped at nothing, though the idea of Chaos Decks nowadays unfortunately involves Dragons. What with Lightpulsar, Darkflare and Eclipse Wyvern; not to mention Judgment Dragon. It's not even a fiend- if it were it could have perhaps been an obscure Dark World choice.

Now the second effect is not likely to stop your opponent right now. As it is (and by that I mean only during your Main Phase), you're only restricting defensive Xyz of the likes of walls or at most reactive ones like Laggia. It's frankly kind of underwhelming, but at the same time would not be okay if it were during either player's turn- cheating your opponent out of using any Xyz during their turn would be overkill. Frankly, it doesn't feel like helping chaos at all with this; it's just disruption.

Same with the third effect. Can't say it's particularly useful against matchups the likes of Shaddoll or, say, Lightsworn; but it's balls annoying and I would hate to have to play against someone using this.

For now I suggest you think this card over and decide whether you actually want to just fuck with your opponent (in a more practical way than randomizing levels, maybe?) or support Chaos.

My intention honestly was to mess with the opponent. Bad title choice on my part.

Did decide to make it a Fiend, though. I had Darkworld in mind, too, when I thought this up. Not sure why I didn't make it Fiend in the first place.

As for the second effect being underwhelming, I figure it doesn't matter too much since this guy's just going to be sitting in the banished pile the whole game. Like I said earlier, I felt this card would make for a cheeky Side Decker.
